In today's market, buyers are extremely savvy, informed, and focused when buying a home. The days of the uninformed buyer are dead. So when selling a home, refer to the 3 P's...and I'm not referring to De La Soul...of successfully selling your home quickly and for top dollar.

P#1: Price

Pricedictates the sale of a home more than anything else. Most people aren't looking to pay over market value because a seller believes their home is greatly valued above the current market.

P#2: Presentation

The presentation of a home is vital. Even with limited inventory, buyers are looking for homes that are move in ready or only willing to pay a discounted price for homes needing repairs. Therefore, it is always wise to spruce up, clean up, fix up, freshen up, and brighten up a home before placing it on the market.

P#3: Presenter

The presenter is not just theagent youselect, but the brand behind the agent. In today's demanding time, make sure your agent has resources, a global reach,isresponsive, reputable, and hold you in high regards.

So remember when selling your home, the stakes are high, like 3 feet high and rising. And you want an attentive  agent… more than just on a Saturday, or one that only recommends planting daisies for curb appeal...you want an agent that answers your text and calls when their phone rings. Not ring, ring, ring then voicemail.
